1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Delivery Areas

Shoobal currently delivers across all seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates:

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Dubai

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shoobal may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products

  • Free shipping above a minimum order value

  • Promotional shipping offers during special campaigns

Any applicable shipping charges or offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the delivery address is incorrect,

  • the recipient is unavailable, or

  • the customer cannot be contacted,

your order may be returned to Shoobal. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Shoobal is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.


8. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather

  • Courier operational issues

  • Customs or government restrictions (if applicable)

  • High order volumes

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and damaged item (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
